Kilian Weil analyzes labor market reforms and flexible institutions at the ZSP together with Simon Jäger and is a doctoral candidate at the Hertie School.
Their research project examines how labor market institutions can promote mobility, secure transitions, and at the same time strengthen competitiveness and social participation. Previously, he worked for the OECD, the UN, and the European Commission, among others.
