Question
01

How can trust be built through political communication?

For a long time, political communication focused primarily on what was being communicated. The motto was: content speaks for itself. Today, we realize that good arguments don't work unless they are packaged well. Political communication can build trust when it is empathetic: how can I connect with the concrete reality of the lives of the people who read the post, poster, or newsletter?

Question
02

What opportunities do you see in digitalization for political communication?

We talk a lot about the negative consequences of artificial intelligence and automation for political opinion-forming. And, of course, these are significant. However, I am also convinced that new tools can help smaller organizations in particular to make their communication more appealing and accessible, provided they are used correctly and responsibly.

Question
03

Which song is on your personal motivational playlist?

People Watching by Sam Fender. Because when the British artist sings “oh I can't stop running” in Springsteen's style, you just keep running.
