Question
01

What does a young organization in the process of being established need most?

Structure. Many people place great importance on dynamism and activism at the start, only to be quickly overtaken by bureaucracy and tasks. Those who establish structures from the outset (which can also consciously allow for freedom) create the basis for a model that is successful in the long term and almost runs itself.

Question
02

Is there a social development that you are currently observing with particular interest?

The deconstruction of social norms, e.g., by the anti-woke movement. For a long time, we have been expanding the consensus on what defines us as civilized humanity—the basis for progress and peace. This is now being systematically dismantled in the name of individual freedom.

Question
03

What would you have done professionally if not this?

I would have loved to study physics and go into research in philosophical and theoretical physics. While studying law, I also had a soft spot for legal philosophy and am fascinated by the constant tension between law and politics.
